Windows Live Writer: File Upload Failed

"The remote server returned an error: (500)
Internal Server Error.
" - WLW

fileuploadfailed

This is the error message I encountered when I'm writing a blog regarding the limited Free Stardock MyColors Download.

After a few minutes of searching, luckily I found out that the problem was caused by the total number of pictures inside an Album named "Windows Live Writer" in Picasa.  Windows Live Writer creates a thumbnail for each photos that you post. Thus, instead of 250 photos only, it becomes 500.

500 pictures is the limit in each "Windows Live Writer" Album or folder.

How to Solve the Problem: It's Easy!

Create a new Album called "Windows Live Writer". That's it! Picasa allows two Albums with the same name. Using this Trick you can easily solve the problem and Next time you post a blog, the new folder will be used automatically.

Enjoy Blogging!
